In general, we love candidates with:
- 5+ years' experience
- Shipped at least one recent console or handheld game
- Strong desire to work in a small, startup environment
- Flexibility to wear many hats
- Self-starting drive to get things done and ship a product
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Loyalty and admiration from previous employees
Candidates for manager, lead, and director positions also need:
- Schedule management experience
- Experience managing teams of creative geniuses
